Despicable Me

Over the weekend, we took Rydan to see the animated film, Despicable Me, which follows the world’s greatest villain, Gru, on his quest for universal domination.  Delightful and humorous for kids and adults alike, Despicable Me is a charming story about the power of a family.  Gru adopts three adorable little girls in hopes that they will be the ticket to topping his nemesis, Vector.  Add to that hundreds of little giggling minions who look like pencil erasers wearing overalls, and you’ve got a lively film about the powerful touch that children can have on an adult’s heart.

For more adventures with the characters of Despicable Me, check out these books.

At the ridiculous price of $26 for the three of us to see this movie, and $24 for drinks, a small popcorn and sno-caps… THANK GOODNESS we enjoyed this one so much!
A special thanks to “Lola” for the gift card!
